How far in advance should I book trial support?

Ideally 4–6 weeks before trial so we can prepare exhibits, sync video clips, and walk through your presentation. We've taken on jobs with 48 hours' notice, but earlier always means smoother. Call as soon as a trial date is set.

Do you provide daily copy and rough drafts during trial?

Yes. Daily copy by 7 PM is standard; overnight, expedited, and same-day rough drafts are available. We coordinate with your trial team's deadlines so you have what you need for the next day's witness prep.

What happens if there's a technical issue mid-trial?

Our trial techs are on-site for the duration. We bring backup laptops, redundant displays, spare cabling, and battery backups. If something fails, we swap to backup gear without interrupting the proceeding.
